Terms & Payment Policy

These terms apply to ai.firststepassociates.com and to purchases of the 90-Day AI Implementation Experience (the “Program”) from First Step Associates (“we,” “us”), the AI consulting business of Wallena Randall, known as Purpose Coach Lena. Your signed service agreement provides the full details of your engagement; if anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

The Program

• Three private 60-minute strategy and implementation sessions, one per month, during a 90-day period.
• Defined implementation work completed between sessions within a written scope agreed after Session 1.
• Knowledge transfer and a final handoff of the tools and systems built.

The Program does not include unlimited development, unlimited revisions, unlimited access or unlimited support. Examples of eligible projects shown on this website are possibilities, not a promise that every project will be included.

Program dates

Your start date and 90-day completion date are stated in your service agreement. Unused sessions and implementation time expire at the completion date unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payment

• The investment is $1,500 USD, paid in full at enrollment through our secure Stripe checkout.
• If you choose a pay-over-time provider such as Klarna at checkout, that arrangement is between you and the provider, under their terms and approval. We receive payment in full and your Program obligations do not change.
• We do not add processing-fee surcharges.

Refunds and cancellation

• If you cancel in writing before Session 1 takes place, we will refund your payment less any non-refundable payment processing fees.
• Because scheduled time and implementation work begin at Session 1, payments are non-refundable after Session 1 has taken place.
• Please email [email protected] before disputing a charge so we can resolve any concern directly.

Scheduling

Sessions are booked through our online calendar. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. A session missed without notice may count as used.

Communication and turnaround

Support is provided by email, Monday through Friday, with replies within two business days. Implementation timelines for specific deliverables are set in your agreed scope.

Revisions and scope

Each agreed deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions. New projects or changes beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide timely information, materials and decisions, maintain your own software subscriptions and accounts, and grant any needed access through secure methods. Delays in these items may affect what can be completed within the 90 days.

No guaranteed results

Outcomes depend on your goals, participation, tools and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results, income, savings or business outcomes. Nothing here is legal, tax, financial or medical advice.

Third-party tools

AI platforms and other software used in the Program are provided by third parties under their own terms and pricing, which may change. Their costs are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the content and configurations created specifically for you. We retain our general methods, templates and know-how.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you enroll applies to your purchase.
